Howard County Genealogical Society, Inc.

The Howard County Genealogical Society (HCGS) promotes interest in family history and genealogy research by: offering monthly programs, newsletters, and online resources. HCGS is an all-volunteer organization, supported solely through memberships and donations. If you value the work that HCGS does and would like to help support us, your donation will be useful. (Please note: HCGS is a 501C4 organization. Gifts to HCGS are not tax deductible to donors but would be appreciated nonetheless).

You may make an anonymous donation, which means that we will not include your name in the list of donors we might publish. And you can dedicate your contribution to someone – an ancestor, or perhaps someone who introduced you to genealogy. All contributors can be assured that we will not share your name with any other organizations seeking donations.

To make a donation:

Complete the following form and click on the "Submit Donation" button at the bottom of the form.
That takes you to the next screen where you can verify that the information is correct. If correct, click on the check box at the bottom of the screen to verify that you are a person and not a machine. A code will appear. Enter that code in the box and select the "Confirm and Pay with Check" or the "Confirm and Pay with PayPal" button. Paypal is a safe and secure way to get your gift to us.
If paying with a check, print the donation receipt and mail with your check with the word DONATION written in the memo line to: HCGS Inc, Box 274, Columbia, MD 21045-0274.
